Results & A Look At The Eagles @ The Falcons

We got off to a great start to the season yesterday with all FIVE of my handicap bets landing. I haven't mentioned how I'm going to record my profit and loss for the season but it will be to £10 level stakes at prices mentioned in the preview.

So at the moment we are 5-0 and showing a profit of £50.10 to a £10 level stake.


Onto the first of tonight's games

Philadelphia Eagles at Atlanta Falcons

My Prices - Eagles 1.72 Falcons 2.38

Vegas Line - Eagles -3

The Eagles have been unstoppable in the pre-season but that does not mean a thing and talk of them being Superbowl winners is crazy, tonight in Atlanta is where it all begins.

Now Philly have the much better team but there secondary is weak and Matt Ryan with Julio Jones receiving should be able to move the chains comfortably.

The Falcons defence has improved but is still not that good, Philly have a very, very good offence on paper that looked good in the pre-season can they translate this tonight when it’s for real? 

The key for me is the Eagles pass rush against Atlanta’s offensive line, if the Falcons can hold their line they will keep it close, if not Philly may run away with this.

I’m not going to advise a handicap bet here as Philadelphia could run away with this and a watching brief is the best course of action, but I am going to trade this game live as I think if Atlanta’s offensive line does its job early in the game the prices could flip and we can get ourselves a green book.
